At Les Laines Biscotte Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your yarn or accessories, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your yarn is in its original skein form, has not been wound into a ball, and still possesses its original label.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in a shipping box or padded envelope, including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
