The Zenia is designed with a beautiful lace-cable central part, combined with columns of elaborate cables and eyelets on the sides and sleeves. The V-neck sweater has drop-shoulder design.

  • Louise Robert Collection - DK PURE [90% Merino wool; 10% Silk; 260 meters (284 yds) / per 115g skein] - 5 (5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7, 8, 8) skeins - shown in Gingerbread

NEEDLES AND ACCESSORIES

  • MAIN:
    Straight needles
    of 4 mm (US 6) or size needed to obtain gauge

  • RIBBING:
    Straight needles of 4 mm (US 6)
    Circular needle of 4 mm (US 6); with cable length of 40 cm / 16 in. or size needed to obtain gauge.
  • Tapestry needle
  • Cable needle
  • Locking Stitch Markers (1)
  • Stitch holder

GAUGE:

24.5 sts and 29 rows = 10 cm /4 in. worked in Cable & Lace patt using size 4 mm needles, after wet blocking.

19 sts and 29 rows = 10 cm /4 in. worked in Rev St st using size 4 mm / US 6 needles, after wet blocking.

NOTE: The edgings are worked in single ribbing. The garment is knitted bottom-up in pieces and then sewn together.
